How to store your fresh truffles
Truffles are at their best when used as soon as possible. Fresh truffles give maximum aroma and flavour. They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator with a piece of paper towel. It is not recommended to store them in rice, as this will draw moisture and aroma away from them.
